The organization seeks out new opportunities for partnerships between organizations, communities and regions to enhance Community Economic Development.

• RISE
  
  • A Business Development Initiative of the Alberta Foothills Region. RISE is an initiative of the towns of Black Diamond, High River, Okotoks, Turner Valley and the Municipal District of Foothills to promote the attraction of commercial and industrial investment to the Foothills Region with a common, regional perspective, and cooperative marketing activity.
